Account and data deletion

App concerned: MY FORAGE (com.myforage.app).

From the app — immediate

1. Open MY FORAGE and sign in.
2. Go to the Account tab.
3. Tap "Delete my account", then confirm.

Deletion is immediate, permanent and irreversible. Export your journal first if you want to keep it.

By e-mail

If you can no longer access the app, write to support@imin.uno with the subject "Account deletion", stating your username. Handled within 30 days.

What is erased

• The account: username, password hash, e-mail, display name, country, region, bio, preferences.
• Foraging spots, outings, outing segments and finds.
• The photo files themselves, on the storage volume, together with their access permissions.
• The forager profile: experience, level, trophies, XP ledger.
• Statistics, notifications, subscriptions.
• Friend requests and links, in both directions.
• Reports you filed, and reports targeting you.
• Spot discoveries recorded under your name.

What remains, and why

• Official places you proposed (car parks, trails) stay published because they serve everyone, but they are detached from your identity: no link points to your account any more.
• Server technical logs, which contain neither your username nor the content of your requests, are kept for 90 days at most for security purposes, then erased.

These documents are written in French and English. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the French version prevails.
